I have downloaded 01-01-08 and looked over the code but my brain is running into road blocks. I am not sure where to start with installation. Is there a release with the installer included ? Thanks. |

the search button disable on this site or sumthin ?? I have to say I have looked over this forum long before posting this question. I searched and searched but could not seem to find it. One thing I did find, are several posts bashing and flaming people who ask questions. With this being a developers forum you think members would be more open to help guide others. Not everyone has intelligence in EVERY area. What one person has the other may lack and vise versa. People most likely search before posting but the threads here are hi-jacked in some areas so the results are never conclusive. In which case the member has to post their question in hopes of a conclusive answer. I do thank you for the link, but was the comment really necessary ? |

yes its a developing forum.. not a spoon feeding forum.. everyones open to help but i hate telling people how things are done.. although recently i usually just post the answer anyway as people dont care about developing their skills as much as i thought.. look at most help posts made by laffin and a few others and you will very hardly see a straight forward answer.. this is because we help users "develop". i never really made a post on here for about 2 years of signing up. until i had learnt the basics of it and messed around i didnt see the point in asking basic questions to people when google is probably one of the biggest contributers to 99% of coders knowdledge. Ok yh i was in the wrong if you did actually search but considering the fact if you search the name of this post "installation" in the search function you return the installation guide near the very top of the results it really doesnt show any determination to help yourself |
