lol nice solution... :P ban all unconnectable users to ban ratio master? and u actually think that makes sense? ur banning 1/2 the isps by doing so... 1) u can easily make the cheater progs connetable 2) this is no way an indication to get cheaters 3) ratio master leaves other patters that u can use to catch it.... after u find them gd luck with shru cause thats impossible to catch :P if u do want to do this just set $nc to 'yes' be4 this code is run |

forget it, you cannot ban this ratioprogs really! but you can make the use very riskful. 1. add to torrents the fields uploaded_sum & downloaded_sum, alter your announce to sum the downloaded and uploaded and you have a first indicator where something goes wrong. 2. add to traffic an announcecount and lastannounce, this goes against the other possibilities of cheating 3. make a stat of traffic per torrent to catch the "special-users" 4. add a table transferlog where the announces are logged for users you think could be a cheater 5. interpret the collected data (catching smart cheater is hard) an kick the cheater there is no other way! there is no way to catch them automatic! realize it! greets DT |
